Processing of Orders

All orders are processed in the order they are received in and every edition is sold in the spirit of “first come, first serve.”

As I am a one-man shop, please allow up to 7-10 days for processing of orders.  I will do my best to let you know when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping

I offer free shipping inside of Denmark.  Insured packages and tracking are at the client’s expense.  Free international shipping on all orders over 500€. This does not include tracking services and insurence. Upon request and after providing a fixed address, we can figure out what additional costs are entailed with insurance and tracking services.  The client assumes responsibility for all local import duties and taxes the shipment incurs upon arrival at the destination country.

 

Returns

Generally, if you have any problems at all, I hope that you will contact me so we can figure out what the best remedy is.  After all, I’m interested in happy collectors that will enjoy my work for years to come.  However, here are the policies you agree to when you purchase from my webshop.

My refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchased items, I cannot offer a full refund or exchange.  Please contact me at noahnorrid@gmail.com to discuss what the problem is.  I’ll do everything in my power to help.

To be eligible for a return, the art print must be unused and unframed with NO damage to the paper and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your purchase is damaged in-transit, it can be compensated with a new print of the same title and size.  I will need to have visual confirmation of such damage in the form of a photograph.

 

Shipping returns

To return your art print, you should contact me at noahnorrid@gmail.com before shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  You are responsible for making sure the product is retuned in original condition prior to any refund.  For this reason, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
